VIDEO POSTED: Third Thursdays with Tamara Torres and Abbas Wiswall

Virtual Only: Dec 16 | 6:30-7:30pm Eastern Time (New York City Time)

Our December Third Thursdays talk feature two artists who work both in Trenton and internationally, acclaimed artist Tamara Torres, and documentary photographer, Abbas Wiswall. Join us on Zoom on December 16th.

Third Thursdays is a monthly artist talk from the JKC Gallery. It is curated and moderated by artists, Heather Palacek and Habiyb Shu’Aib, and hosted by Michael Chovan-Dalton, Director of the JKC Gallery.  The talks were started by Palacek and Shu’Aib as a platform for local artists to showcase their work to the Trenton and larger regional community and quickly reached an audience from New York to Philadelphia. This season our hybrid shows have regional artists and artists from across the country and our audience reach has now gone global.

Hi, I’m a local artist that would be interested in exhibiting my Fused Glass and Mixed Media Assemblages. I have a BFA and MFA in ceramics/ jewelry making. I have exhibited extensively in Trenton, Hamilton, Bucks County, Hunterdon County in juried exhibits.

    • Hi Barry Hantman – Thank you for reaching out. The JKC Gallery is a photo/lens based gallery so it may not be a good fit. Thank you though. -Michael
